All Sales Are Final
Because every item is handmade and created specifically for each customer, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. The only exception is if I personally initiate the cancellation.
Handmade Item Disclaimer
Each product is handcrafted and may include slight variations or minor imperfections. These are normal characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
If approved, a replacement will be issued at my discretion.
Shipping Issues
Once your package has been handed to USPS, I am not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect delivery due to address errors
Customers must contact USPS directly to file a claim using the tracking number provided.
Customer Responsibility
Before completing your purchase, please ensure:
- All personalization details are correct
- Spelling of names/text is accurate
- Your shipping address is correct
