Shipping Policy

Processing & Turnaround Time
All items are handmade and created in the order they are received.
The current turnaround time for custom orders is 3-4 weeks. This timeframe reflects production only and does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped through USPS using the method selected at checkout.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
Once your package has been handed to USPS, I am not responsible for:
•     Shipping delays
•     Packages marked as delivered but not received
•     Lost or stolen packages
•     Incorrect delivery due to address errors
Any shipping issues must be handled directly with USPS using your tracking number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery and include:
•     Photos of the damaged item
•     Photos of the packaging
•     Your order number


If approved, a replacement will be issued at my discretion.
International Shipping (If Applicable)


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Shipping times vary by location and may be significantly longer.
