For a custom tumbler, please be sure to message me first so we can talk about what design you are looking for.  Once we have agreed, I will instruct you to add this option to your cart with a note about your specific design.  

✨ Shop Policies & Important Information

• Shipping & Turnaround Time
Please note that the current turnaround time for all custom orders is 3–4 weeks. This timeframe begins once your order is placed.

• Cancellations
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once submitted, unless the cancellation is initiated by me.

• Accuracy of Personalization
Please double‑check all spelling, names, personalization details, and your shipping address before completing your purchase.
No changes can be made once the order is placed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this responsibility.

• Handmade Variations
All items and listing photos represent my original work. Your item will be recreated based on the design shown, but because each piece is handmade, no two products will ever be identical.
Minor imperfections are normal and expected with handmade items — I am not a machine, and slight variations are part of the charm and authenticity of handcrafted work.

• Shipping Issues
Once a package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect delivery due to address errors.
If an issue occurs, please contact USPS directly to file a claim using the tracking number provided by Shopify.

• Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

• Care Instructions
Please handle your handmade item with care.

• Hand wash only
• Not microwave safe
• Not dishwasher safe
• Do not leave in hot cars, high temperatures, or direct sunlight
• Avoid dropping or rough handling

• Epoxy & Yellowing
For white cups or designs with large white areas: epoxy naturally yellows over time. I use UV‑resistant epoxy to slow this process, but it cannot prevent it entirely. Keep your cup out of direct sunlight whenever possible.
